This data is collected through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and, if enabled, Microsoft Clarity for heatmap and session replay analysis.

We don't collect social security numbers, financial information, health data, biometric data, or data from children under 16. We don't use facial recognition, voice recording, or keystroke logging technologies.

We use collected information for these specific purposes:

Sending newsletters. If you subscribe, we send periodic email updates about new articles. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

  • Withdraw consent for data collection (subject to legal or contractual restrictions)

7.5 How to Exercise Your Rights

Email us at contact@claudeopusmodels.com with your request. We'll respond within 30 days (45 days for CCPA requests if an extension is needed). We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary:

Contact form messages: 2 years from the date of your inquiry, then deleted.

Newsletter subscriber data: Until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.

Analytics data: Google Analytics retains data for 14 months (our GA4 retention setting). After that period, individual-level data is automatically deleted by Google.

Server logs: Retained by our hosting provider for up to 90 days for security purposes.

9. Data Security

We protect your information using:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our site
  • Secure hosting infrastructure with regular security updates
  • Access controls limiting who can view personal data
  • Regular review of our data collection and processing practices

No system is completely secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we can't guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

10. International Data Transfers

Our site is operated from Pakistan. If you're visiting from outside Pakistan, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries that may not have data protection laws equivalent to your home country.

For EU/UK visitors: We rely on Google's and Microsoft's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data transferred to the United States through their analytics services.

11. Children's Privacy

13. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

We use AI tools (including Claude) as part of our editorial process. AI tools don't have access to your personal data collected through this site. Our use of AI is limited to content creation and doesn't involve processing visitor personal information. See our Editorial Policy for details.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on our homepage.
